Vantage Concierge
Project overview
Vantage Concierge sells business and first class flights and five star hotels at wholesale rates. Bookings run into thousands, so the platform had to feel trustworthy before anyone would make an enquiry, and it had to handle everything behind the booking as well as the shop window.
We built the whole thing from scratch. No templates, no page builder blocks. A public site, a client login area, an admin back office and a full affiliate programme, all running on one system that also powers their iOS app.
The website
The front end is built around getting people to enquire: quote requests, direct WhatsApp to the concierge desk, and a route explorer so clients can see what's possible before they commit.
Behind the login there are two sides. Clients get a dashboard showing past and upcoming bookings, what they paid and what they saved, with support contact built in. Admin gets a separate portal to add bookings, manage client records, and track spend and cost per booking, with access controlled by role rather than a shared password.
The affiliate programme runs on the same login. Referral codes are live and tracked, so partners can see their own performance without anyone sending them a spreadsheet.
The app
The iOS app is a native build launching next year. It shares a backend with the website, so a booking added in the admin portal appears in the client's app straight away. Same account, same data, no separate sign up.
It's built for the trips themselves rather than the paperwork: flight search and enquiry, the concierge chat, bookings, and destination recommendations for wherever a client is heading next. Payments and membership stay on the web, which keeps the app fast and simple.
